We want you to love your SoFriCo! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn/unwashed merchandise (tags attached) with a receipt for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed when we receive them, and refunded in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for merchandise that has been worn, washed, or that no longer has the original tags attached.
If your SoFriCo doesn’t fit or you want to exchange it for something you love more, we can help! Items in original condition (unworn/unwashed with tags attached) can be easily exchanged with the receipt for something of equal value. To exchange an item for another shirt or another size, you can return in store or ship it back to us. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, and we will get your new item to you fast!
REPLACEMENTS ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We hope you find our merchandise to be free of any manufacturing defects; however, if you don’t, we will gladly replace any defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and a picture of the damage so that we may process your replacement. Items damaged due to incorrect washing (CLICK HERE for care instructions) or normal wear are not eligible for a replacement.
The following items are ineligible for refund/return:
• Non-defective items that have been worn or washed
• eGift Cards
• Sale Items
